Complete guide to discipline

Discipline a skill that alone can shoot you towards to the 1% of man
A skill simplest but hardest of all to master
In a simple language , Discipline is the art of doing things whether you feel like it or not to do that thing
Easier said than done
We develop a sense of discipline for the first time in our life through School , It’s the truth boys
Remember the days , when it was raining the dogs and cats outside , any sane person would stay at his home , but you have school that day , and guess what you’re on your way to school gliding through the rain . That's discipline Bro
Sadly lockdown destroyed that one positive thing of school , and even after 5 years from then most individuals are suffering through this lack of discipline
Now like others i wouldn’t be sharing some bullshit advice like “wake up at 3am” , while your bedtime is 2am .
I will share practical steps and habits that build discipline over a period of time
Discipline isn’t a thing to master in a day , if someone can master it in a day please contact me as soon as possible , enough with the bullshit , so yeah the steps and habits i will be sharing with you guys will help you to build discipline over a period of time .
So let’s begin
Discipline as you know isn’t a skill easy to master it’s different for a beginner and for an advanced person on this skill .
The hardest level of this skill is definitely the beginner level , so firstly i will help you to go to the intermediate level and be consistent on it :-
Just show up :- fuck your ego , fuck perfectionism , just show up . Don’t run for perfectionism and don’t tie up yourself around unrealistic goals , just show up and do at least one thing that brings you closer to your goals even that day it was the only thing you did that whole day , that’s progress
Every rep counts :- Nobody cares that you could do 10 pushup a year ago , even a pushup now is a progress . your focus should be to do 2 pushups next day not for 20 pushups . Every action you take will compound one day and compile into something you desire
Shut down that Jeffery brain :- That Jeffery brain is always gonna try to bring you down and telling that this small steps aren’t enough , just tell that Jeffery to shut up , never let this Jeffery tell you who you are , remind yourself that why you are ahead of the crowd and the habits and steps that you’re taking will one day guide you towards greatness . It’s the hardest part of the whole skill , even the advanced guy has to face it everyday so don’t feel that you’re weak , you’re weak if you listen to that brain .
Believe in yourself :- Just believe in yourself bro , if you don’t believe in yourself how can anybody else can .
Now with this steps you will become a mere intermediate in this skill over time
After reaching intermediate level of this skill , now you can focus on your shit effectively without any proper distraction coming in
But the hardest part of this skill is to remain consistent and grow
To truly succeed you have to fuck the just show up mentality as now your focus should be to grow not just show up as it’s just the bare minimum for you now .
That's how discipline is made fun for all
Ever action you do should be executed with a proper plan to maximize gain and growth

Cold showers :- Yeah you know about it but it’s so good as it really boost your adrenaline hormone to the next level just for a 5 min pain , i would have took the offer and any smart people will do the same .
Meditation and gratitude journaling :- This habits are so good that i don’t forget to mention them in every email i possibly can . In this email i would focus on a very specific type of mediation and gratitude journaling , “Negative visualization” . In this type of meditation you visualize yourself that you have lost everything you had and surround yourself with pure darkness . After this session take a journal and write about the things you’re grateful for . this will increase your gratitude towards life and be more disciplined . we will discuss more about this later in stoicism
Martial arts or combat sports :- Any form of martial art can instill a sense of discipline and control over one self . Boxing changed my life , so can yours . start at home , become disciplined get better and then move to the nearest gym that teaches that martial art .
By doing do this all steps you can easily go ahead of the 99% population in this skill . The advance level of this skill is the David Goggins or Cristiano Ronaldo level . I am far away from them so i can’t really guide you to be like them , but i have studied them and one thing that was common between them was their unshakeable mindset .
They never feared hard work and never allowed anyone tell them what to do .
They dominated the world just with their never giving up mentality .
Focus on your mindset first ,
you’re already ahead of the 80% just more 19% to go
