Have you ever felt that you’re not in control of your own mind
Do you feel like your own fucking mind is in a war against your goals
Throwing you again and again in that rut
Making you feel like shit
congrats bro
you have started your journey of self improvement
the first step towards self improvement is by discovering the elements that brings you down in that rut of degeneracy
But the sad thing is that , your very own mind has accepted that life of degeneracy and has formed a idea of resistance or simply a inertia of comfort
Your mind makes you feel like that life is best for you ,making you a
prisoner of your decisions
prisoner of your addictions
But there's a catch
According to newtons first law of motion
“Anything remains at rest or inertia until an unbalanced force is exerted to it.”
That unbalanced force is that fucking voice that was incarnated when you decided to
Reject degeneracy
And made your mind to
Embrace masculinity
But bro that voice needs fuel
That voice needs to be feed regularly with some habits
Habits that will empower that voice to build that unbalanced force and break that fucking inertia
so what's that habit that can empower that voice
Meditation
Meditation is that weapon that constantly attacks your degenerate mind , challenging his believes
That depression , insecurity , anxiety you’re were suffering from
Slowly starts to fade away
You discover a new found confidence in you
You find that now you can focus on something other than your phone screen
You fucking feel good about yourself
so lets meditate for a minute , take it as your action plan
Sit down , focus on your breath and let go of the junk in your brain . yeah it’s gonna be hard , your minds gonna wander around , but that's the whole point to-keep pulling it back .
Open your eyes , you’ll notice that you’re calmer, more focused and less reactive . you notice some small changes : the way the sun rays feels your skin , the way your hear your heartbeat and the sounds of birds calming you down
That's the the real power , it makes you present in the situation
Now you do this everyday after waking up for couple of minutes
You feed that voice and that dream is born
pro tip :- just start even for just a second and increase it as you go further in your journey
